What Is The Origin Of Vampires/Vampirism??
Believe it or not vampire have been mentioned since the beggining of mankind, Even the recorded cases of them date back thousands of years ago So whats to say that they werent the original race and humans were the secondary or perhaps the vampire is an evoulved human? These are questions that even I have yet to answer perhaps one day I shall find them out then I shall share them with all of you out there, For now I shall have to give my best educated guess and let you believe what you want to believe and go on from there,
Vampires are in fact are mentioned in the bible! Yes you heard me right, So all of you christian non believers that may be reading this pull out the old bible and weep your eyes out, If whoever is reading this has a bible handy take a look at these pages I write here, I shall give a short description of each one,
Genisis 4, chapter 4, section 8-24: Cain is mentioned here considered the first vampire by some, Killed his brother and was cursed by god
Revelation 16, chapter 16, section 6: "For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets,and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy" This line right here is either god or one of his angels words, Tell me dosent it fall into the vampire genre??
I am sure that there are more but I just have to search for it in the bible. Most any culture from anywhere around the world has one vampire story or another garunteed These two bible statements completely are the oppisite of one another, the top one suggests that they are evil and cursed and yet the second statement says for them to be worthy of the glory of god because of the fact that they drink blood?? Quite odd if you ask me..
